Our Puppy Guarantee
We have two options in our heath guarantee. We offer a Basic Guarantee and an optional Two Year Guarantee, the choice is yours.
Basic Guarantee
- All Anadee Aussies puppies come with the Basic Guarantee.
- The Buyer has the option of three working days from the date which the puppy goes home with the Buyer to have the health of the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian.
- All sales are final and non-refundable for any reason except for a life threatening illness and/or life threatening genetic defect identified described in writing by a licensed veterinarian within the three working day guarantee period.
- The Seller’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the puppy.
- For a full refund, a letter from a licensed veterinarian, the puppy, all papers and information must be returned to the Seller within the three working day guarantee period.
- No money will be refunded after the initial three working days.
- Once the puppy leaves the Seller the buyer is responsible for any expenses, medical or otherwise incurred.
- Seller is not responsible for viruses, internal or external parasites.
Two Year Guarantee
- An Optional 2 Year Guarantee is available.
- The Buyer receives the Basic Guarantee above as well as a 2 Year Guarantee.
- The Buyer has three working days from the date which the puppy goes home with the Buyer to have the health of this puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian (This is a requirement for the 2 Year Guarantee to be valid.).
- After the three working day initial guarantee period, the Seller guarantees the puppy for 24 months from the puppy's date of birth against any inheritable/genetic defect.
- The Seller guarantees the dog will receive at least a "Fair" rating on hips from OFA or a "None" for "Degenerative Joint Disease (DJD)" on both hips from PennHip. A copy of the OFA or PennHip report must be received by the Seller prior to a replacement being made.
- The eyes must be checked by a board certified ophthalmologist vet for any eye problems. A veterinarian report stating why the dog's eyes did not pass must be received by the Seller prior to a replacement being made
- Any other inheritable/genetic defects must be in writing from a licensed veterinarian with the letter provided to the Seller prior to a replacement being made
- The Seller’s liability is limited to a replacement puppy from the next available litter, not to exceed one year from the date the Seller was informed in writing of the defect.
- If the Buyer chooses to keep the dog then proof of sterilization must be sent to the Seller before a replacement is made. Should buyer decide to return the dog, seller has the right to have an independent veterinarian provide a second opinion on the diagnosis.
- This guarantee is void if the dog has been bred, sired, or conceived a litter prior to receiving any health certifications.
- Suitability for breeding is neither warranted nor implied.
- This guarantee is not transferable.
- This guarantee is valid for as long as the Seller has dogs capable and suitable for breeding.
- The Buyer agrees to keep the puppy/dog on a quality all natural dog food approved by the Seller or this guarantee is void.
- The Buyer agrees to do the minimal vaccinations - 8, 12, 16 weeks, Rabies at a separate time from the other vaccinations (no sooner than 2 weeks later), then Annual vaccinations at 1 year 4 months or this guarantee is void. Over vaccinating is linked to many health problems.
